Expand allCollapse allDAY 01: SINGAPORE ARRIVAL AND CITY TOUR
Upon arrival in Singapore city, check in to the hotel according to the standard check-in time. Later proceed for Half Day City tour day city tour. View pass through Suntech City, Raffles City, Padang (Parliament House, Supreme Court, High Court, Victoria Theatre, Arts gallery), Orchard Road (President House), Merlion Park, Chinatown, Chocolate Shop… etc. Overnight stay in hotel.
DAY 02: SENTOSA ISLAND
After breakfast, Proceed to Sentosa Island on a cable car. Enjoy Wings of Time; a Multimedia Show located at Siloso Beach. It is the World’s only permanent show set in the sea boasting spectacular pyrotechnics displays water jets, Laser shows, flame bursts a live cast and an open-air viewing gallery. Also covers Madame Tussauds, Image of Singapore, Boat Ride, and Ultimate Film Star Experience (4 in 1). If you need to visit Henderson Waves, it’s just a walkable distance. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 03: UNIVERSAL STUDIO
After breakfast visit Universal Studios. It is the second Universal Studios theme park in Asia after Japan. Experience another world full of rides and theme based attractions. Madagascar Shrek 4-D adventure, Revenge of the Mummy and Jurassic Park and Rapids Adventure Water World.....etc. will give you the real experience of Hollywood.
Enter a new dimension in the world's first 3D battle TRANSFORMERS the ride and get into the newly created Autobot EVAC and zip into subway tunnels...etc. Hyper realistic 3D media and sophisticated visual effects make this a ride you simply must experience. Free time in Universal Studio to experience different rides.
DAY 04: GARDENS BY THE BAY
After breakfast, proceed to Gardens by the Bay. It is a park spanning 101 hectares in central Singapore. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. The largest of the three gardens is Bay South Garden, standing at 54 hectares (outside view). Also, enjoy the Singapore Flyer & Time Capsule. Embarking on a journey with Time Capsule as the starting point for an immersive experience of Singapore's past, present and future. Followed by one rotation (30 minutes) on the Singapore Flyer in a shared capsule for breathtaking views.
Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 05: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, free for leisure and shopping. In the evening transfer to the airport for departure.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Standard Hotel Check-In time is 1500hrs and Check-Out time is 1200hrs. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out is subject to availability of rooms.
- Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 0-80 minutes from the touchdown of the flight.
- Kindly follow the Itinerary given. Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers in order to avoid any inconveniences. Maximum Vehicle waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private.
- SIC stands for Seat-in-Coach i.e., Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. SIC stands for Seat-in-Coach i.e., Guests will share the vehicle with other tourists staying in different Hotels. So, SIC guests may have to wait for Vehicles for up to 45 minutes. Generally, SIC Transfers operate as per fix Scheduled.
- PRIVATE(PVT): Guests do not have to share the vehicle with other tourists, Maximum waiting time is 5 – 10 minutes
- DISPOSAL: A private vehicle at your service for transfers, chargeable on an hourly basis irrespective of the running or waiting time.
- For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 48 hours in advance. However, the request shall be subject to availability.
- Please note that Sentosa Island and Night Safari tours cannot be changed as tickets once issued have to be utilized on the same day. Any date change will be subject to availability and additional charges to be borne by the passenger.
- Pax arriving by coach from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore or Genting to Singapore should call our EMERGENCY NO. as soon as they arrive at the coach station and the pick-up shall be arranged within 20 minutes.
- At any point during the tour, clients are free to call our customer service manager for any clarifications.
- Rayna Group is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or any valuables left unattended in our vehicles. Please take good care of your personal belongings.
- Any unused Tickets/Services is Non-Refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once you make a booking with us, Air Ticket – cancellation charges are Applicable.
- If any cancellation is 30 days prior to Departure, No Cancellation Fee (Only Tour Cost).
- If Any Cancellation between 30-20 days, Cancellation charge is 50% of the Tour Cost.
- If Any Cancellation between 20-15 days, Cancellation charge is 75% of the Tour Cost.
- If Any Cancellation between 15-0(date of departure), the Cancellation charge is 100% of the Tour Cost.
- NB: A confirmation of Booking means your Air ticket is issued which won’t be refundable.
